Terms of sale and use

1. Provider and purpose

Namedrop is provided by QM Project FZ-LLC, Compass Building, Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: hello@getnamedrop.ai.

These terms govern access to Namedrop, the generation of AI-engine visibility scans and reports, and the related subscriptions.

2. Accounts and intended users

The service is primarily intended for marketing, SEO and consulting professionals. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and have the necessary rights to analyze the websites, brands and content you submit. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

3. Plans, limits and prices

• Free — USD 0: lite scan and one full report per rolling 30-day window, with no payment card required.
• Solopreneur — USD 19 per month: one full report per rolling 7-day window.
• Pro — USD 49 per month: unlimited full reports, subject to reasonable security and fair-use limits.
• Agency — USD 149 per month: unlimited full reports and weekly monitoring for up to 5 sites.
• Paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial unless a different term is clearly displayed before purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are calculated or displayed before payment is confirmed. The Pricing page and Stripe checkout show the features applicable at the time of purchase.

4. Order and payment

Payments and trials are handled by Stripe. Namedrop does not store card numbers. The order is formed when checkout confirms the subscription or payment. Stripe provides an electronic receipt or invoice when available.

5. Trial, renewal and cancellation

At the end of the free trial, the selected subscription becomes paid and renews monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal in account Settings. The effective cancellation date and any remaining amount due are displayed in that portal before confirmation.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started, except where required by law or granted under section 8.

6. Service delivery

Scans and reports are generated electronically after the required information is received. Displayed delivery times are estimates and may vary with the availability of ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and other technical services used by Namedrop.

Report limits use rolling windows. Reasonable technical limits may also apply to every plan to prevent abuse, automated loops or service degradation.

7. Withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer with a statutory right to withdraw, that right applies under the conditions and time limits set by applicable law. If you ask for a service to begin immediately during that period, a proportionate amount may remain payable for the service already supplied. For digital content supplied immediately, the right can only be lost when the legal requirements, including prior express consent and acknowledgement, are met. 8. Refunds

For duplicate charges, prolonged unavailability attributable to Namedrop, or a report that cannot be generated because of a technical failure attributable to the service, contact hello@getnamedrop.ai. We will review the request and may issue a full or partial refund. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

9. Acceptable use

You must not bypass quotas, disrupt the service, use unauthorized automated access, submit confidential or unlawful data, or analyze a third party in violation of its rights. Namedrop may suspend access in case of abuse, security risk or non-payment.

10. AI-generated results

AI-engine responses are probabilistic, variable and time-sensitive. Scores, diagnostics and recommendations are decision-support material; they are not a guarantee of ranking, revenue or results and are not legal, financial or regulated professional advice.

11. Intellectual property

Namedrop, its interface, code and content remain the property of their respective owner. You may use and share generated reports for your professional needs and those of your clients, but may not resell access to the service or remove notices and restrictions applicable to your plan.

12. Personal data

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Card data is processed directly by Stripe.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Namedrop is not liable for changes or outages at third-party providers or for decisions made solely from a report. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or a consumer's mandatory rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the provider's registered office, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Before starting proceedings, the parties will seek an amicable solution by contacting hello@getnamedrop.ai.
