## How is the GEO score calculated?

Namedrop runs the same discovery queries across 4 engines, records whether your brand and competitors are cited, then combines presence and position into a score out of 100. The engine-level detail remains visible in the report.


## Why can results change from one scan to the next?

AI-engine answers are probabilistic and their sources evolve. The report is therefore a dated snapshot: it helps compare signals and prioritize actions, but does not promise a permanent position.


## What data is sent to AI providers?

To produce the report, Namedrop sends the analyzed URL, brand, keywords and relevant excerpts of public content. Do not enter secrets, sensitive data or confidential content in analysis fields.


## Does the free scan require a card?

No. The Free plan requires no card and includes one full report per rolling 30-day window. Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial.


## Can I stop the subscription during the trial?

Yes. You can manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal in account Settings. Stripe shows the effective date and any remaining amount due before confirmation.


## Can I share the report with my clients?

Yes. You may use and share reports for your professional needs and those of your clients, subject to the service terms and the rights attached to the sites you analyze.
